You may be eligible for one-time financial help if you are behind in your bills or facing eviction.

This help is available one-time only to avoid having your utilities disconnected or being evicted from your home.

Check your eligibility

You can apply if you live in Peel and you have received:

  • Written notice from a utility company that your service is about to be shut-off due to non-payment, or
  • A notice of eviction for missing a rent or mortgage payment.

Once you log in, you will get an email message with a link to complete step 2.

Step 2 – After you receive your email notice, log in to the link shown in the email to apply for this service (pay your past-due bills).
