Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day is an opportunity to pause and reflect on the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy as Canadians. For those unable to attend the ceremony in-person, you can watch the Remembrance Day Ceremony taking place at the Mississauga Civic Centre Community Memorial virtually by accessing the link here  starting at 10:30 a.m. on November 11.

Army, Navy, Air Force Veteran’s Club – Lakeview 262

Join the ANAF for their Armistice Day ceremony on Sunday November 9th at 765 Third St. The service begins at 10:30 a.m. at the Cenotaph followed by a service.

All are welcome to come together in remembrance and to join afterwards for a meal and refreshments.

Royal Canadian Legion – Branch #82
The parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11 in front of Branch #82 Royal Canadian Legion at 35 Front St. in Port Credit.

It will march from the Legion Hall to Trinity St. Paul Anglican Church where a service will take place.

Following this, there will be a short ceremony at 10:45 a.m. that includes the laying of the wreaths at the Vimy Park Cenotaph.
