THE PROJECT
The QEW Credit River Improvement Project is underway. Construction on the new QEW Credit River Bridge and the Mississauga Road overpass commenced in Spring 2021. The Project also includes rehabilitation of the existing QEW Credit River Bridge, reconstruction and widening of the existing QEW, landscape improvements and inclusion of active transportation facilities.
The Project extends approximately 2.7 km from west of Hurontario Street to west of Mississauga Road in the City of Mississauga, Region of Peel. The project limits are shown on the key plan below. Read More

Current and new operators of short-term accommodation (STA) rental properties can now obtain their licence online. As of January 19, 2021, the Short-Term Accommodation By-law requires all STA operators to legally license with the City. The licensing requirement applies to anyone renting out all or part of their home for 30 consecutive days or less. Read More

On August 2, 2021, MiWay is adjusting schedules on various routes to ensure that service is available where and when customers need it, as travel patterns continue to change based on the COVID-19 recovery framework.
