- Botanical Zentangle
July 7, 10 – 11:30 a.m.
Join PAMA and Yvonne Westover in a Zentangle inspired art workshop designed for kids! The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing patterns. - Soccer Fitness 101 by Speed Training

A comprehensive, 1-hour, soccer-specific fitness workout, including warm-up, mobility, plyometrics, and strength training, run by Canada’s leading soccer-specific strength and conditioning coach, Richard Bucciarelli.
