Please be advised that the above will be filming interior and exterior scenes for a feature “Tamarack” at 619 Lakeshore Rd E (Ward 1) on September 7, 8, 9 between 7:00am-11:00pm daily. Prep will occur on Sept 6, between 7:00am-7:00pm and wrap on Sept 9, 10, 11 between 7:00am-11:00pm with a weather date of Sept 8th as noted below.
A permit has been granted to allow parking on the following (Sept 6, 7am thru to 11pm, Sept 10):
- One side of Caven Street between Lakeshore Rd E and Third Street
Production has been approved for picture vehicle pull up/away travelling shots on Caven Street (Sept 7, 8, 9) and Lakeshore Rd E (Sept 7, weather date of 8th) with intermittent traffic stoppages (max of 3 min) under the supervision of Peel Regional Police not between the hours of 7am – 9am and 4pm – 6pm. A camera is permitted on the boulevard and sidewalk as long as two-way traffic/pedestrian access is maintained at all times.
Production has also been approved for a Road Closure on Caven Street between Lakeshore Rd E and Third Street (Sept 7, 9am-9pm with weather date of Sept 8) under the supervision of Peel Regional Police.
Affected residents have been informed of these activities via notification letter. A release form survey was sent to residents with less than 20% objecting in order to allow:
- Filming activity occurring on statutory holiday (Sept 6)
- Overnight parking (Caven Street – Sept 6-10)
- Intermittent Traffic Control on Lakeshore Road East (Sept 7)
- Road Closure on Caven Street (Sept 7)
