Starting today, TransHelp passengers can book trips online. Passengers requested a digital booking option and I’m pleased we have been able to deliver on our promise, despite the unprecedented events of the last year.
Online booking will allow passengers to:
- use any desktop, tablet or smartphone to book, cancel or confirm a trip;
- receive an instant confirmation email with trip details;
- select a destination from their favourites list based on where they travel most; and track the bus in real-time so they can see exactly when it will arrive
