Please note: 

  • Information on eligibility and booking can be found on the Region of Peel website for RSI and COVID-19 vaccines.
  • COVID-19 immunizations can be received through appointments and walk-in.
  • Appointments must be booked for Routine School Immunizations, as we are not able to accommodate walk-ins for Routine School Immunizations.

UPDATE Bus Stop Impact – North Service Road

Please be advised that stop #0411 on westbound North Service Road, west of Stanfield Road will be reinstated on Thursday September 28.

 

Please be advised that stop #0411 on WB North Service Road, west of Stanfield Road will be out of service effective Thursday July 14 until the end of the year for construction works.

Patrons will be directed to a temporary stop 80 metres to the west of the current stop location.

Stop #0411 is serviced by Route 4W with continued accessible bus service at the temporary stop.

Construction Notice – A.E. Crookes & Fred Halliday Memorial

A.E. Crookes Park Playground Replacement

Construction Start: the week of July 11, 2022

  • Construction hoarding will be placed July 8th
  • Construction will take approximately six weeks to complete, weather permitting
  • The playground will be closed to accommodate construction activities and will re-open by Friday, August 19th

The work includes:

  • Replacement of playground equipment,
  • Engineered wood mulch safety surfacing
  • Accessible playground ramp and connections to existing park trails
  • Benches

Alternate playground locations include:

  • Lakefront Promenade – 450m walking distance
  • The Village Green – 1.6 km walking distance
  • Hiawatha –1.6 km walking distance

Fred Halliday Memorial Fitness Area Installation

Construction Start: the week of July 11, 2022

  • Construction hoarding will be placed July 8th
  • Construction will take approximately six weeks to complete, weather permitting
  • The fitness area will be fenced off to accommodate construction activities and will re-open by Friday, August 19th

The work includes:

  • Stationary fitness equipment
  • Instructional exercise signage
  • Engineered wood mulch safety surfacing
  • Accessible ramp and connections to existing park trails

The playground and existing park trails will remain open.
