2530173 Ontario Corporation submitted Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Plan of Subdivision applications to permit the development of four two-storey detached homes and twelve three-storey townhomes on a private condominium road. The Public Meeting for the applications was held at Planning and Development Committee on February 19, 2019. This meeting is being held to allow the applicant and City to connect with the local residents to hear their thoughts.
Due to the COVID pandemic, we are not able to have an in-person meeting. Today, Mississauga Council endorsed the Lakeview Development Recommendation Report, reaching an important milestone in the development of the 177-acre site, formerly the Lakeview Power Generating Station lands, located in Mississauga’s Lakeview community.
