The City of Mississauga is asking residents not attend any in-person screening or hearing appointments booked at the Mississauga Provincial Offences Court. Due to the revised Stay-at-Home Order issued by the Government of Ontario, all in-person screening and hearing appointments (parking, pet, business and mobile licensing matters) scheduled from Monday, May 3 to Monday May 31, 2021 will be rescheduled. Within the City of Mississauga there is a section of the East Trunk Sanitary Sewer (ETSS) (constructed in 1975, with an energy dissipation chamber (EDC) constructed in 1970), that has been abandoned for approximately nine years as a result of extensive corrosion in various locations within the sewer.
