Neighbourhood Speed Limit Project

By Issues, Ward 1

With the large size of the neighbourhood between Lakeshore, Hurontario, South Service Road and Cawthra, and approximately 150 locations of sign removals/installations the work for the neighbhourhood speed limit project will likely extend over several weeks.  As work continues and some parts of the neighbourhood are signed sooner, there might be some confusion as to the speed limit in effect.  In some cases only wooden posts may be installed first as the signs will follow later.  This is to ensure that all required posts are in place before our utility locates expire.
