Re: Ward 1 – Community Virtual Meeting0 Park Street East (Port Credit GO Station Parking Lot), OZ 22-10 W1, TM 22-02 W1

The City of Mississauga has received development applications from Edenshaw Queen Developments Limited at 0 Park Street East (Port Credit GO Station Parking Lot).

In order to implement their plans, the applicant is proposing to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a 42 storey and a 40 storey condominium apartment building with 1,765 m2 (19,000 ft2) of ground and second floor commercial space, proposing 1,139 dwelling units. The community virtual meeting I am hosting is being held to provide residents with more information and to have a transparent discussion on the proposed development.
