This matter has been appealed by the landowner to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) on
the grounds that a decision has not been made by the municipality on the development application
within the prescribed period of time. Any person who may wish to participate in the LPAT matter
will need to approach LPAT directly to request standing.
