Hurontario LRT: Park St E to Eaglewood Blvd Sidewalk Closure

Beginning Wednesday January 27, 2022, a portion of the sidewalk on the East side of Hurontario from Park Street to Eaglewood Boulevard will be closed for four months.

The sidewalk closure is scheduled in order to construct a retaining wall in relation to the Hurontario LRT project. There will be construction signage to notify pedestrians of the construction and to direct pedestrians to the sidewalk on the West side of Hurontario Street.

City of Mississauga Reopening Indoor Facilities starting January 31

Following yesterday’s provincial announcement to gradually ease restrictions related to COVID-19, the City of Mississauga is reopening many of its indoor facilities including libraries, community centres, recreational facilities and gyms, sports venues and cultural facilities beginning January 31.
