Dear Resident,

Re: Community Virtual Meeting

84 – 90 High Street East and 17 – 19 Ann Street

10 WEST GO GP Inc. is a partnership between the companies FRAM, Slokker and Kilmer.  They are interested in developing a 22 storey residential condominium building with ground floor retail uses on land located west of Hurontario Street and north of High Street.  The two designated heritage buildings on High Street will be protected and retained as part of the redevelopment.

In order to implement their plans, the applicant will need to amend the official plan and rezone the property.  This meeting is being held before these applications are submitted in order to allow the applicant and City to hear the thoughts of the local residents early in the process.

Due to the COVID pandemic, we are not able to have an in-person meeting. Therefore, we have arranged a Community virtual meeting on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Call-in details are as follows: Join by phone: 647-484-1596, Meeting Access: 2300 268 2872, Meeting Password: Ward1.
